Onboarding

Our service goes beyond the incorporation of the person to the organization, assessing the adaptation to the position and the fulfillment of expectations on both sides. 

We offer an optional free service of three coaching sessions during the first few months.

About us

Blanca Moreno

+15 years of professional experience managing people in a technological environment. I have held positions of Talent Attraction and Talent Managementin international and complex projects. I have a degree in Psychology, a Master in HR, Coach Training and a Master in 3rd Generation Psychological Therapy.

Rogelio Iglesias

+20 years of experience, 10 of them as a member of Leadership Committees. With experience managing projects in Europe, Asia and America. I have worked in a wide range of sectors: technology, retail, energy, finance, engineering... Graduated in Law with a Master in HR, I was a University professor for 5 years in HR and Leadership.
